I purchased a day pass at 20Fathoms because I had a 10am AirBNB check-out but needed somewhere to work for the day. The space had exactly what I needed! Fast wifi, comfy furniture, plenty of space, and friendly people! They had some really cool sound proof phone booths which worked great for a video call I had to take. They clearly have a great little community going on here but I didn’t feel like an outsider or an intruder at all, they did a great job of making me feel comfortable while working in the shared space. I would definitely come back here to work for the day if I’m in town again! Highly recommend.

Great coworking space. Professionally managed, offices to reserve for meetings, free coffee & snacks, and a great view of the West Bay. If you need a space, check them out.

20Fathoms is a fabulous co-working space in Traverse City. The space is modern, bright, and clean; everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming; complimentary snacks and drinks are provided; there is ample free parking; the office is conveniently located near the heart of TC; they host several networking and lunch events monthly; and the view of the bay is beautiful. I have tried several co-working spaces in town and 20Fathoms is simply the best!

The Custer Leadership team recently booked the 20Fathoms Mission Point room for a corporate planning session and retreat. The meeting space, kind staff, and all of the amenities set the Custer team up for a successful retreat. 20Fathoms is a great resource in the community. It's a shared work space where startup founders and employees can work together in a nice open office overlooking Grand Traverse Bay. There are also a ton of events hosted here for startups, women in technology, startup investing, technology and business training, lunch and learns, and more. People are friendly, kind and helpful. You can get a shared desk, a dedicated desk or a private office as your needs expand. Check it out!
